One of them is Harry, the little son of Eliza, and the other is kind-hearted Uncle Tom. Eliza overhears the plan and decides to run north with her boy, hoping to reach safety, while Tom stoically accepts his fate. Will Eliza and Harry escape, or will they be caught? And what about Tom?
